After you get used to the tutors accent (first couple of vids) the content, delivery and pace are perfect. I am learning a lot from this course although I have already done a LSS-GB course from other course provider. In this course you get very clear explanations of the content and great examples from case studies as well, including clear examples of and how to use the tools and techniques explained. Great course so far. Top recommendations from me.

I can understand the speaker and the speaker is very thorough in his opening explanation of Six Sigma. It mirrors some of the best books so they can be used as a reference. It is worth the money. I am more than satisfied with this course.
